1. 註冊獎賞 | Welcome Reward
註冊成為 Lifeform 新會員，即可獲贈 $20 購物金，可於下次購物時使用。
Register as a new Lifeform member and receive $20 in shopping credits to use on your next order.
2. 推薦獎賞 | Referral Reward
推薦朋友成功註冊並完成金額不少於港幣 $150 的首次訂單後，您將獲得 $20 購物金作為推薦回饋。
Refer a friend who registers and complete their first order of at least HK$150 — and you'll receive $20 in shopping credits as a thank-you.
3. 真實見證分享獎賞 | Testimonial Reward
上傳使用產品前後的對比照片及真實心得，經品牌審核通過後，即可獲贈 $50 購物金。
Share before-and-after photos and your genuine product experience — once approved, you'll receive $50 in shopping credits.
4. 累積回贈獎賞 | Spending Cashback Reward
每張訂單每消費滿港幣 $30，可自動獲得 $1 購物金，無需額外申請。
Earn $1 in shopping credits for every HK$30 spent on a single order — automatically credited, no action required.

📌 條款與細則 | Terms & Conditions
1.所有購物金僅適用於 Lifeform 官方網站（https://lifeform.store/）消費使用。
All shopping credits are valid only for purchases on Lifeform's official website (https://lifeform.store/).
2.購物金不可兌換現金、不可轉讓，亦不可用於抵扣運費。
Credits are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be applied toward shipping fees.
3.每位會員限獲一次註冊獎賞。推薦及分享獎賞可重複獲得。
Welcome credits are issued once per member. Referral and testimonial credits can be earned multiple times.
4.推薦人與被推薦人不得為同一人（例如相同帳戶、地址、付款資訊），否則將取消獎賞資格。
Referrer and referee must be different individuals (e.g., not sharing the same account, address, or payment info).
5.所有購物金將於符合資格後 10 個工作天內發送，並可於帳戶中查閱。
Credits will be issued within 10 business days after eligibility is confirmed and will appear in your account.
6.所有購物金自發送日起有效期為 1 年，逾期自動失效，恕不補發。
Credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and will expire automatically if unused. No reissues.
7.若會員取消訂單或退貨，已使用之購物金將不予退回。
Credits used in returned or cancelled orders will not be refunded.
8.真實見證分享獎賞條款：
Testimonial Reward Terms:
-每次分享必須與實際購買之產品有關，並需於 Lifeform 官網完成訂單後方可提交。
Each submission must relate to a product actually purchased on Lifeform's official website.
-每張訂單限獲一次分享獎賞，即使分享多項產品或多張圖片，亦不會重複獲獎。
Only one testimonial reward can be earned per order, regardless of number of items or images submitted.
-分享內容須包括清晰的產品使用前後對比照片與文字個人心得。
Submissions must include clear before-and-after photos and a personal review.
-所有內容須經品牌審核通過，Lifeform 有權拒絕不合標準之投稿。
All submissions are subject to approval by Lifeform and may be declined if deemed inappropriate.
-經審核通過後，購物金將於 10 個工作天內發送，有效期 1 年。
Approved credits will be issued within 10 business days, valid for 1 year.
-用戶須同意授權 Lifeform 使用其投稿內容（包括圖片與心得）作宣傳用途，並保證品牌會隱藏姓名、聯絡資料與個人身份資訊以保障隱私。
Users agree to grant Lifeform the right to use submitted content (including photos and reviews) for promotional purposes. Personally identifiable information will be hidden to protect privacy.
9.Lifeform 有權隨時修改、暫停或終止本獎賞計劃，並保留最終解釋權。
Lifeform reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this reward program at any time.
